Contest rules
How to enter
1. To be eligible for this contest, you simply have to thoroughly fill out the entry form posted on the Nutrisoya Foods website at www.nutrisoya.co
2. Participants are entitled to enter the contest effective May 31, 2010 11:59 p.m. Draw
3. The random draw and winner’s selection will be performed on Tuesday June 15, 2010 9:00am. at the administrative office of Nutrisoya Foods Inc. 4048 Pinard, St Hyacinthe, Québec J2S 8K4, among all eligible ballots filled out on Nutrisoya Website, by May 31, 2010 11:59 p.m.
4. In the subscription form, the participant will be asked a question which is: Where are Nutrisoya organic soybeans grown?
5. The individual on the winning ballot shall be notified by a phone call or email by before Tuesday June 15, 2010 noon. The winners will inform Nutrisoya of the SPA he has chosen. Prize:
6- Package: luxury spa weekend for two. Maximum value of 2x $300.00 before taxes.
7. Transport to spa location is not included in package.
8. The gift certificate must be used before December 31, 2010.
9. Mandatory reservation must be made directly by the winner with the spa of his choice.
10. Upon reception of reservation, Nutrisoya will finalize package payment to the name of the winner. General rules
11. All fees or expenses other than those included in the package shall be incurred by the winner. The winner has a delay of 7 days to claim the prize.
12. All charges exceeding the prize value shall be the responsibility of the winner. Cancellation of the reservation, regardless of the reason, results in the automatic cancellation of the gift certificate. The reservation will be accepted according to package availability. No extensions shall be granted.
13. The winner authorizes the contest organizers to use, if required, his name, photograph, image and/or voice for publicity purposes without any expectation of remuneration in return.
14. The contest is open to all persons 18 years of age and up, with the exception of employees and representatives of Nutrisoya Foods Inc., its members, their staff, agents and representatives, advertising and promotion firms, suppliers of materials and services related to this contest as well as any individuals with whom they reside.
15. Nutrisoya Foods Inc. is not responsible for entry forms that are lost or received after the deadline, regardless of the reason. The entry forms become the property ofNutrisoya Foods Inc. and may be used for promotional purposes by Nutrisoya Foods Inc. or a third party. Should you wish to have your name deleted from the Nutrisoya Foods Inc. mailing list, please send your request to: 4050 Pinard, Saint Hyacinthe, Québec J2S 8K4 or by email at: info@nutrisoya.com.
16. The winners exempt Nutrisoya Foods Inc., its employees, members and their agents from any liability in the event of injury, an accident, lost or stolen objects, or any other incident related to the prize.
17. This contest complies with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any dispute regarding the conduct of this contest and awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling.

19. Nutrisoya Foods Inc. reserves the right to eliminate all ballots sent numerous times as well as those with doubtful ownership.
20. Decisions made by the organizers are final.
